NR Engineering Consultants completed geotechnical and environmental investigations for an eight-storey residential apartment development with two basement levels at Flora Street, Arncliffe.

The site presented challenging sandy ground conditions and a shallow groundwater table, requiring detailed assessment of excavation stability, temporary and permanent retention systems, foundation performance, contaminated spoil disposal and groundwater management to support safe and efficient basement construction.
