Project Overview

NR Engineering Consultants delivered a comprehensive engineering solution for a 15-storey mixed-use development comprising commercial and residential components, located within an area affected by historical underground mining.

The project presented complex geotechnical challenges requiring detailed subsurface investigation, mine subsidence assessment, foundation design and mine void filling solutions. Environmental assessment and ongoing construction support were also provided to address ground risks, foundation performance and construction constraints.
